Does it really matter which one I eat and why?
Stay away from white bread IMO. White bread contains tons of refined and bleached flour. It's all carbs and very little nutrition.
Go whith a whole wheat, cracked wheat or something like that.
wheat is generally the best bread to eat AFAIK

Make sure you get 100% Whole Wheat bread, too... not just wheat bread. There's a difference.
White bread has all of its nutrients removed when it gets refined. If you don't like whole what bread you can always just get the plain old "100% wheat" bread. I personally love the 8 whole grain bread stuff. The loaf of bread is literally 2lbs it's so dense with nutrients. It looks like it's loaded with bird seed.
Yeah, I like that bread when I have a sandwich, but I couldn't imagine putting my eggs on it.

To make downing my eggs easier i just make egg salad and toast a couple pieces of that whole wheat bread and scoop the eggs up. That way I get plenty of carbs + protein to start my day. 4 egg whites + 3 whole eggs + 2 pieces whole wheat toast. And if I don't have class or work that day I'll wait ~30 minutes and eat a cup of oatmeal.
I don't do anything spectacular, but I make a fried egg (just with a little pam) and then put it on white bread.

Further more it should read "stone ground wheat" on the package. Stay away from the enriched wheat bread. It's like white bread in disguise.
