Light cardio. 20 minutes of stairs with 20lb dumb bell in each hand.
i always take it 20 minutes before lifting.
btw, should I cycle off cee ever?
Creatine provides energy in the form of phosphate to your body. So unless you decide to take some take off eating too, no, you don't have to.
So it would be more beneficial to take it directly before lifting and doing cardio second?
Ive been doing it the other way around the entire time.
I wouldn't let Creatine dictate when I did cardio. I'd do it on a separate day if possible and after if not.
Nope. More creatine in the muscles will allow for more creatine phosphate and creatine phosphate is the source of energy only for bouts of exercise between 2 and 8 seconds. Creatine isn't worth anything for cardio
It might be better absorbed when you take it with carbs but it doesn't really matter when you take it as long as you do.
