A decent amount of city driving, plus a good amount of freeway driving.

Ugly and not very comfortable. Both can be had with rwd and 5spd, neither make much power stock but the IS has quite a bit more potential.

IS has more potential, but its hard to unleash. The Z has more stock power but cannot be taken quite as far. Also take into account the practicality of both cars. The IS is very very practical, the Z isnt at all. Z is more flashy, IS isnt at all. I'd take the IS because you can swap the heads with the supra motor, slap on a t78 and be a baller

I think the IS300 is a very nice looking car. There are plenty of them for sale with high mileage which goes to show they're another model of lexus' reliability. I don't know much about modding either but I've heard of a few turbo swapped IS300's .. also a few turbo & S/C'd 350z's..

I'd take a low mileage is300 if I could afford one.

If it was an IS vs a G35 coupe, it'd be a different story. Since it's a 350Z, I'd take the IS. I always liked the way they looked.
