The next 4 weeks I've got two alternatives: 1: Monday: Bi/back Tuesday: Chest/tri/shoulder Wednesday: Legs Friday: Bi/back Saturday: Chest/tri/shoulder And then start over the next week. With this I'll have 1 week rest on legs and 3-4 days rest on upper body. 2: Day 1: Bi/back Day 2: Chest/tri/shoulder Day 3: Legs Day 4: No workout And then repeat. Which means my days without workout will be thursday in week 1, monday/friday in week 2, tuesday/saturday in week 3 and wednesday/sunday in week 4. Four days between each time I work out the same muscles. Which one should I pick? This is for the 4 last weeks of my 10 week workout, the first 6 weeks I went to the gym monday/tuesday/thursday/friday every week, and had almost the same, just without legs split into its own day.
