    Maybe the OT BB competitors have some insight on this...

    What will produce a longer-lasting pump?

    I remember seeing a documentary on bodybuilders and they were all backstage doing extremely light repetitions with just surgical tubing; nothing else. Maybe they did heavy weight before that and were trying to maintain the pump before the show?? :dunno:
