    would you buy?

I like my Tahoe, but i'm not sure if i want to go as big...i probably do, because this will be the truck i own when i have kids...

I want a White Denali, or possibly a White Z71 Tahoe (i currently have an 03 black Z71 Tahoe)

The wife likes the new Durango...and i think its a great truck for the price...but Dodge is notoriously bad in the reliability category.

No H2's, or Escalades (although i could swing a used 'lade).

I think the 4runners/Cherokee's may end up being a bit too small.

    opinions...

ps..lets not make this a bashing the Durango's looks thread ;)

What about the Touareg? I have no idea on price but I've heard some good things about it :dunno:

Same goes for the Cayenne (I think that's the Porsche SUV :dunno: ) but I'm pretty sure thats much > $50k

The Denali has the best mix of looks and style, though the interios is still a little Fisher-Price for me.:hsd:

Denali and Touareg are both pretty sweeet rides; Denali buys you more space, Toureg gets a gorgeous interior and higher fun-to-drive quotient.

I wasn't the least bit impressed by the Durango on a test drive; the interior quality is just awful and despite the Hemi's power it still didn't feel like it could move its own weight.

I'd go with a Tahoe or Denali. The new Durango looks like a mini-van :hs:

    ok...
i'll never buy a ford..especially expo/exploder...i've known NUMEROUS people with them, and they are all pieces of shit...my brother bought an 04 Expo and its been in the shop 3 times in a few months.

the touareg is nice, but the seats SUCK ASS..and its a little too small..just seems pricey for what you get (with the V8)

I want a truck because A. i like trucks, B. I carry lots of people/dog/stuff and eventually all that plus a kid and C. we do get the occasional nasty storm around here.
