Which soap to use?

    I think it says any name brand car wash soap would be good. Stick with any of the big car care companies and you should be happy with the results.

    I use mothers car wash - it's a decent brand so I trust it won't strip wax.

    It suds really good and is very cheap compared to like eagle one or meguiars.

    I trust it alot more than the blue bottle of 99 cent car wash walmart sells.

    You can find it at pep boys and advance auto parts.

    Meguiar's NXT Wash is my personal favorite. You can find it at PepBoys/Wal-Mart/Local Auto Part Place.

    I used Meguiars NXT wash today for the first time. It was simply amazing and did seem to take off road grime easier than the cheaper Meguiars car wash stuff.

    Yeah that stuff worries me - if it eats road grime it can't be good for your fresh coat of glaze/wax. I'd only use it if it was time to repolish and wax.

    NXT wash is very wax friendly. I've had no problems with it shortening the life of wax.
