    Super Mario RPG
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
    Chrono Trigger

Note: Emulating... playing with a keyboard, I think Zelda might be difficult without a controller

    Flip a coin broski

I love Chrono Trigger, but you'll have to map L+R to the same key for one part

Are you going to be using the fastforward feature? If you haven't found it yet I think it'd be better not to; since I started using it I just can't play in normal speed anymore :o

I always fast-forward through everything, especially in RPG's. Because Mario RPG is so easy the way I power-level in it is just by fast-forwarding while surrounded by enemies and each times it goes into combat I just keep hitting A or Y while in fast-forward and I win the battle in less than 2 seconds, then rinse and repeat.

same, I can beat FF6 and CT in just a few hours, I already know the script I just like experiencing it on screen even if it's 30x speed :o zsnes 1.51w has a setting to change how fast your speedup is too

Yeah, there are parts with repeating enemies in SMRPG you just stand in one spot and they keep coming :o When you're actually in a boss battle though it's a little more important to not fastforward so you can get the extra tap on your attacks.

Personally I say Chrono Trigger - Link to the Past - Mario RPG, but you really can't go wrong. If you want to save time, then do Link - CT - Mario RPG, as Link is the shortest, followed by CT and Mario RPG as the longest of the three.

What? No Earthbound or Secret of Mana?

I downloaded an SNES emulator for the same games in this thread not too long ago. Beat CT and SMRPG and will probably start Earthbound here soon. I have FFVI on the GBA, but that is another truly awesome SNES RPG. Maybe even the best of the bunch.

I would have picked Zelda as well but you really can't go wrong with any of the suggested.
