Which one of these breads will have the least impact on my diet? *VOTE*

    I'm planning a cheat meal at Subway and need to decide which bread to get, i'm adding this on to my regular diet so I want the least amount of impact as possible...

    Bread A: 200 calories (25 from fat), 2.5g fat, 360mg sodium, 40 carbs

    OR

    Bread B: 120 calories (40 from fat), 4.5g fat, 680mb sodium, 13 carbs

    OR

    Bread C: 170 calories (25 from fat), 2.5g fat, 280mg sodium, 32 carbs

    Help me decide OT, which of these breads will have the least amount of impact on my diet?

    i'm thinking the atkins low carb wrap thing might be highly processed and have a high GI.
