Which of these two digital cameras should I get?

    I like the bigger screen on the Casio but Im not sure I like the max res for the movies.

    So which do you think? Im open to suggestions on different cameras, my price range is $300-$400.

    I recently bought the Canon S400 4MP with a free 64mb card for 388 shipping incl. and its a great camera. Got nothing but great reviews.

    I ordered an SD100 myself.. should recieve it within the next few days. You can't really go wrong with Canon.. plus the SD100 can do 3 minute clips at the 320 x 240 res that the Casio can do... depending on media size of course.

    Casio no longer makes the Z3 it's now the the z4 with 4.0 MP same price thou

    Canon. I know someone with a S400 and it is so small. Not to mention the picture quality is good as well.

    It's useless anyway.
    All it does it crop the center portion of the picture and interpolate it to desired resolution.

    You're confusing optical with digital.

    Digital zoom interpolates. The SD100 (as well as the SD10) only have digital zoom.

    Dah! Didn't bother double-checking, only went by what was in the specs above.

    I know the SD10 only has digital.

    look into the s400. it's better than both of those little tards...it's a tad bigger but you get so much more. still an elph though.
