    Obviously DOMS hurts, but which muscle group do you dread it the most.

    I'd say calves. Really sore calves just suck ass. Next would be quads and then triceps. Everything else doesn't really bother me that bad.

    Probably the same. Either Calves or Legs and then triceps....something like that.

    first time squatting if you havent done it in months = hell

    Definitely quadriceps. There were times where I have accidentally fallen down while walking the day or 2 afterwards.

    quads and low back take me out. I get DOMS in my quads every week :o

    I can deal with it anywhere else... but sore glutes = can't even bend over far enough to put on my socks

    Calves, but they adapt quickly. Hammies come in a close second.

    Calves. Quads are never a problem. They'll get sore, but not to the point where i can't walk like my calves. Hams come in second.
