i definitely try to be as intense as possible every workout. even so, i still feel like i work my legs out with the greatest intensity. it just seems like i'm able to push myself more on leg day. i'm not sure if it's because of how large the muscle group is that i'm able to work it that much longer/harder or what.

I can strain much more with legs, benching I'm kind of make it or not make it, which sucks.

any idea if it has to do with the amount of muscle in the legs? what i'm asking is (and i might be a complete shithead), when you're going for a couple extra reps with legs are you able to push yourself more because there are a lot of fibers that you still haven't worked? and with something like chest you don't have as many so you won't have as much endurance?

i could be wayyy fucking off though

it depends...if my orc horde is rested well for back day, ill divide them into 2 batallions and flank the back with a head on attack with my short range melee orcs while i have my skilled orc archers posted in the rear and rain arrows down on the back

you really think that's the best utilization of forces? i personally find it better to split my short range melee orcs into 3 squadrons; one for each side and one straight down the middle of the back. the attack begins at the base of the neck and fans out from there. i definitely agree with you though about the orc archers. my orc archers maintain position at the base of the neck and cover my lower back terrain in a sheet of arrows. i'm seeing pretty good gains from this wartime strategy.
