Hi all... I am about to buy some memory for my computer to be and I was wondering if this is a good choice for ram for my new computer.

Here is the OCZ memory I choose.

The question is will it be good enough. Its not DDR2, but its Dual channel so that is good right? Should i just go with this one::

I need help deciding. I want 2 gigs worth of ram but I am not sure if these are good selections.

    Its going into this computer:

    AMD 3500+
    MSI Neo2 Plat Mobo
    BFG 6800GT
    Seagate 160gb HD.

Now before anyone says why do u need 2 gigs... which would be better out of those 2 selections.

Its going to be used for gaming, and gaming period. I play world of warcraft which is a very memory effiecent game with PvP batterls at higher levels.

Yeah, go with OCZ Platinum of Crucial Balistix. Go with the 2-2-2 sticks if you can find them.

OCZ has some new ram they call VX or voltage extreme. if you motherboard has the capability to go to 3.6Vdimm, i'd get this stuff in a heart beat. 260FSB(or HTT with 2-2-2-timings yet). i tried looking for it on newegg but couldn't find it, however www.ncix.com has some. and its cheaper then ram with the TCCD chips (OCZ platinum, etc)

Corsair XMS is my preference... But I hear the OCZ is good.
