    Which is healthier?

This might be a stupid questions guys but which food is healthier a salad w/ranch dressing and croutons which is little over 530 calories and about 10 carbs. Or a spicy chicken sandwich from wendy's which has about 480 calories but like 30 carbs.

any question involving the phrase 'more healthier' is a stupid one.

I believe the spicy chicken sandwich is deep fried, isn't it? which would lend to my belief that it MAY be less healthy. who knows what's in the ranch dressing though.

I would say that the chicken sandwich has more saturated fats, but I would still take it over the salad due to protein content and taste.

What he said. Actually I'd get both and put the chicken in the salad. Or if I wasn't cutting I'd get two chicken sandwiches, a ceasar side salad, and eat it all.

No its not. Here are the nutrition facts on the wendys spicy chicken. These are minus the bread of course and just the plain chicken itself.

    260 calories
    12g of fat
    2.5g of saturated fat
    22g of protein.

You fucks in here worry about the most girlie shit. Just eat.

Shit I meant to edit "more healthier" out that is not a correct phrase. I was talking about Wendy's Chicken BLT salad compared to the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Man that spicy chicken sure is tasty. I was going to get one for lunch but we're having shrimp gumbo at work today for some girl's birthday.
