which is better.....

    which is better.... doing a paced jog of 15 min which comes out to about 1.5 miles or running a mile as fast as i can which would coem out to about a 7;30 mile. my question is for just getting cardio in and and buidling enduracne which would be better

    You're comparing 1.5 miles to 1 mile, it's not the same :hsughw:

    I guess in this case jogging for 1.5 miles for 15 minutes would be better.

    Just work your way up to two miles in 15 minutes :dunno:

    yeha thats my goal i want to be able to do 2 miles in about 15. i just started this week so well see what happens
