Do you use your left eye or right eye on the viewfinder? Logic tells me that using left eye can create more support because you can use your forehead to stabilize the camera, but my right eye is the dominant eye. Does it matter much?

Right eye, until it gets really tired, then I switch to the left for a while.

Some people believe since your left eye is with your right brain, the more creative side of the brain, it gives better results...or something like that.

Left eye dominant for photography, right eye dominant for everything else.

Try this test, it should tell you your dominant eye. Point something with your index finger look at the index finger with both eyes open then close one of your eyes then the other eye. Closing which eye made your index finger "jump" to a different location? The eye that is open when your index finger doesn't jump in this test is your dominant eye (supposely :mamoru: ).

Thanks, already know this. Which is why I indicated the wierd phenomenon in "dominance" I experience - your information should be helpful to others who want to figure it out though! =)

  10. My eye vision is 30/10

Meaning my right eye is +10 stronger than normal and my left eye is -10 weaker than normal. They said that my right eye overconpensates for the weaker eye that is why I always get headaches. :hs: They also said that if I don't wear my contacts/glasses for my left eye eventually I might lose control of it and it'll be a wall eye :cjerk:

try 600/20 and 575/20. glasses are thicker than a filter so it has to be contacts. nike has some cool ass ones that are tinted now though

I use my left eye because it's tiring squinting one eye for a long period of time, not to mention that it's my stronger eye. My right eye is like -.75 :o

For those people who got same results for both eyes. Try to keep your pointing hand closer to you that should increase the appearance of jump (you might see it now if it was too minute to see before). If you get same results again, I suppose you have two dominant eyes.:dunno:

i'm basically lgally blind. ironically I had better than 20/20 as a kid. it was crap the doctors did as a baby, but I can't prove it. theres some people trying to do a class action lawsuit, but it'll never happen

    I think you mean 20/600 and 20/575 :o

600/20 would be better than eagle vision :o

what's your corrective prescription? my cousin is like -8.5 or something in both eyes.. legally blind without correction.. even tho the term "legally blind" means your vision is beyond correction :o
