I'm trying to decide between these 2 CompTac holsters and hoping someone has some experience with them. I like how the belt loops are adjustable so I can raise or lower. My main concern is how comfortable is the leather piece versus not having it? Considered the Crossbreeds but those seem like a huge piece of equipment to wear. Also need it to be able to been worn from 2-4:30.

Still looking into belts. Not a huge fan of leather, at least nothing I've seen that's reinforced and marked as a gun belt.

I have a 5.11 belt right now, it is ok. I ordered the comp tac belt but i havent gotten it yet. It looks like a regular belt.

MTAC all the way. I've had mine since right after they came out and I still love it to this day.
    Hands down.

MTAC! Just bought one for my Glock 19 and it's amazing. The only reason I know I'm carrying is because of the weight. I can't feel a thing otherwise.

I bought a CTAC, and wish I had bought a MTAC, but that may be just me.

Is the leather on the MTac "flexible"/soft?

Would it be appropriate for use in Miami, FL? I've been eyes one for a while.

For those that have the MTAC/CTAC, what mounting option do you have? Belt loops, V clips, C clip, strut?

That's what I wanted to go with in the beginning since I can adjust the height.
