    got fiddle w/ one at best buy and see which menu layout you like the most.

    Cannon. Can't go wrong, I used one for 6 years, never had a problem with it. Ever.

    Canon really do make excellent P&S, had quite a few over the years.
    I've tried a couple Nikon P&S, went back to Canon.

    Friends & fam have tried Sony, etc. Meh...at best.


    I just bought a G10 over the weekend. Fantastic.

    Voted for Canon. I have a Canon DSLR and a Nikon P&S, the Nikon is very disappointing. If i could do it over I would go Canon for P&S. My buddy has one, it's pretty nice.
