number #3 is the one that I would get. At that size there isn't too much difference in them. I have a 37" vizio and it's loads better than my buddy's 32" westinghouse and I have heard nothing but bad things about veiwsonic tv's

vizio is designed to be "okay" but cheap. Westinghouse is crap. Viewsonic has spent the last 10 years ruining their reputation.

I'd have to say get the vizio.

Don't get me wrong. I think the Vizio is an excellent value. Even at say 42" I'd be hard-pressed to not buy a Vizio. Quality has been very good in my opinion. Yes there are better products on the market -- but for the price, the vizio is great.

However, I wouldn't buy one from walmart. Rumor is that walmart gets their own "special" models of all their electronics that are built with cheaper components (to support walmarts cheaper price and remain profitable).

    Food for thought.

yeah like I said I have a 37" vizio and I love it. the only thing I wish it was better at is black levels. on my hd-dvd load screen you can see some bleed through but for normally tv viewing it's wonderful.
