I am going to purchase some new grips for my MC Operator. I was wondering if you guys had any input as to which kind? I really like the VZ Operator grip, but have a question about material.

What is the main difference between the Micarta and the G10 composite. I know the G10 has more bite and grip...but are they too aggressive for range shooting? Also, what exactly is Micarta? Any other grips you guys have tried and like?

I also just ordered new mainspring housing parts to remove the Springfield ILS which should help with trigger pull.

Easy enough to fix with some sandpaper or dremel. But yeah, know what you mean would rather have it already done.

yea and i'd rather not mess up some aluminum grips trying to alter it. i went with some black gunner grips instead,i like the pattern and it grips nicely
