OKay please tell me if I understand this correctly.... To get maximum results, both types of protein should be utilized. Casein is typically better for right before bed time. While Whey is best before and after workouts. Other than the timing issue, both proteins are pretty much the same thing. So I should consume both whey and casein. Casein will probably be used for in the morning and right before I go to bed. Whey will be used before and after I workout.
