Which one is better in the morning?
whey unless you're not gonna eat for awhile
like everyone else said, whey. Casein is better for your nightime shake since it digests alot slower.
they will both give you aids
stick to doughnuts
both are a waste, because protein will just be wasted when eaten in the morning.
