can the pro-rated bavarian chocolate whey protein be used as a meal replacement for 1 or 2 meals a day? or is it just a to be mixed as a drink?

    drink.

you can try and use it as a meal replacement, but i wouldnt suggest it. whey protein with water will absorb quickly into your body within minutes. with milk, prob a little slower. but by no means should be a meal replacement.

food is the best energy source you can have in your body and should be replaced.

it depends what you want to do... if you want to bulk... id definately say no... id use it as a snack... if you are to cut, id say use it as a meal replacement but not to use it for every meal... because that would mean you arent getting enough carbs... and carbs = energy which you definately need.

I think it's ok if you are eating 6xs a day. I use two whey shakes for 2 of my 6 meals.:bateman:

They key is to ADD the shake into the massive amounts of food you are already eating. Don't replace it for anything.

yeah if you're bulking, don't replace meals with it. plus, i don't see how powder would fill you up and or come anything close to an actual meal.

only problem with tuna is you really should not eat more then 5 can per week if you are under 200lb.
