    Whey Isolate vs Concentrate

From what i've found, isolate is a more pure, "biologically active" form of protein if you will. It is fairly easily digested and enters the blood stream quick, which is good for post-workout due to your anabolic state, not good for supplementing throughout the day.

Whey concentrate is not as pure, not as easily digested, and therefore is a better form of protein to supplement with throughout the day to get your protein numbers up.

Just wondering what other F&N'ers have found, whats your thoughts on isolate vs concentrate

    Sounds about right.

The watermelon substance WPI I've tasted is fucking horrible though, I've heard it's good in a lemon lime gatorade. Maybe I'll try it.
