Just mix a whey shake before/after eating the oats. Simple.

if its too watery AFTER you add the oats (not sure how thats even possible) you're using too much water obviously.

yeah, apparently for 1/2 cup of oats i'm supposed to use 1 cup of water... i'm using even less than that and i think something happens with the addition of whey, also... not sure

I don't cook my oats. Just blend them in with the protein shake.

Nope, they've already been cooked when you get them.

What flavor do you have? I mix in some peanut butter.

I've seen you post that you eat powered egg whites. I switched from using whey to egg whites in my oatmeal + pb. You really can't taste the whites if you do it right. Leave it in there a little longer, stir in the pb uniformly, add the whites (careful not to send the shit flying); mix very well. If your oatmeal is hot enough and there is enough moisture still in it, the whites will soak up some of it, cook, and your oatmeal will fluff up a little.

I use 1/2 cup dry oats, 2 T pb, few Ts of whites to get the consistency you like. I never measure water.

shit sticks to yo ribs, nukka

but I just buy the dymatize elite oatmeal packets. They taste decent enough and are easy to throw down in the mornings when I'm stumbling around my kitchen like a zombie since all you do is put some water in the bowl and toss it in the microwave.
