It's June now, wasn't it supposed to be out in May?
No idea, I thought it was supposed to be out in May as well.
You guys sure they didn't say "It May be out in June"??
I'm waiting with baited breath as well... the XP looks promising indeed as a competitor for the G110/UDM.
What is it? If you don't mind me asking...
On May 27:
Anticipated arrival of the new PC 7424XP is late June. Believe it or not, there was a issue with an electrical component that has delayed completion/shipment.
Autogeek is taking orders right now and is getting them in stock Tuesday.
Is anyone on here willing to sell their current 7424 if they are going to upgrade?
I might be game for selling my G100 if I can get one of the new ones in hand. I hardly use it anymore anyway since I have the Flex (and a rotary for extreme circumstances)....
We'll see once the new units are in circulation and I can test it to see if the upgrade is worthwhile.
Yah.. I don't want to spend $200 on something I'll be using twice a year, when I can probably do just as much with a cheaper/used one.
Also, there seems to be alot of people on here interested in the new 7424.. so I figure I would ask
let me know if you're interested in selling
They just launched info on it on corvetteforums.... hold on...
There ya go.
$200? Where are you getting that number from?
The 7424XP is about the same price as the old one... $129.
I'd probably let my G100 go for $75 though (comes with lifetime warranty, burn it up and they'll give you a G110 and a truncated warranty).
oh.. maybe 200 was a kit or something.. my bad!
CMA has them now. On sale for 129.95, forum members get 10% off and there is half shipping for Father's Day.
I would be willing to part with one of my UDMs if someone wants to buy one, I have two.
So how does this compare to the UDM power and control wise?
