ectos need to eat a lot (4k) meso's can tone it down. i bulked on 3k
i heard it's something like
1) eat mad donuts
2) lift once a week if you feel like it
3) eat mad donuts
4) post in F&N
if you seen pics of chris you would tend to believe that
load up the food, eat with high intensity, repeat 5 times
post it or link please

none of my shit is a post on this board...i didnt cut an paste another mans routine(bill starr) . I write it from my head and what i think works based on a persons current build, eating habits and life style. What works for bri wont work for you guys (usually)

Yeah he never said it was his routine. Everyone just kept calling it christopher's routine
