    for the cheapest after shipping?

    On a side note,
is it okay to use a 100% cotton bath towel to dry the car and uses microfiber mitt to wash and use microfiber towel to buff when polishing/waxing.

Yeah, that's a fine way to wash/dry your car.

Check on www.meguiars.com for the link to professional product distributers in your area, that way you don't have to pay for shipping and you can pick up the products that day.

can meguiars dual action cleaner polish and swirl free polish (what meguiars # is that) be applied by hand. Basically if I apply by hand incorrectly, will the paint be messed up or can i fix a mistake if i dont buff it out quick enough.

No, you really won't do any damage if you apply it improperly and yes you can apply it by hand.

Swirl Free Polish is Meguiar's #82.
