who has them for the best price?
what brand do you recommend?
anyone recommend rechargeables?
Cheapest I've seen.
just about any place that sells batteries. Best Buy, Circuit City, Radio Shack and the likes for sure.
They have rechargable CR123's now I think...
I buy the Titanium brand. They were recently bought out by battery Junction. They're $1.00 each + shipping.

I get the Surefire ones at work for a buck fitty.
Sure, if you want to pay $5 a pop.
I believe the battery station brand from batterystation.com is of reasonably good quality and I've been pleased with them. I still haven't tried rechargable but dealextreme has "trustfire" rechargable for like 2 for $5. Be warned that most are rated for slightly higher voltage output than the regular cells and could toast some lights.
Hope you guys can see this without registering.
Holy shit @ buying batteries @ $15 a pair. Surefire batteries all the way.
12 pack of Surefire batteries: $28.99
12 Energizer/Duracell @ $14.99 x2 = $89.94
As far as I know, there are only 3-4 manufacturers who make the CR123s, and odds are you are getting the same bettery, if not a better one when you go with Surefire over a reg. mainstream battery.
same here, they seemed to outlast my surefire batteries but i have no numbers
Got my last two 50 packs from him.And good deals on a couple flashlights.
