I am thinking about getting some big ass tires for my 89 s-10 blazer, and I dont know where to start.

maybe some of you have done similar project. I need them for a few reasons. Miami is a flood zone these days, and I wouldnt mind spending hard earned money on a good set of tires.

    thanks

89 s10... stock I'm assuming. You're going to have a hard time fitting anything larger than a 29-31" tire depending on how much your willing to cut the fenders.

    any tire store really

www.hightechretreads.com if you want cheap, they're retreaded tires but I've been running them for a few months with no problems. They got alot of good reviews from the Jeep crowd on NAXJA

For clarification, those are "small ass tires" - and you should get them at any tire store ;)

    Not interpretation, but application :)

31's on the Camaro might be pretty big... but on a truck, they're normal :)

Yeah 31's are small. Just go get them from Belle or something. If you really want to go somewhere more special, you can check 4wheelparts.com and maybe get a deal on some ProComp tires. They usually have a 4 for the price of 3 deal.

Oh, and these are big ass tires....

You'll have to excuse me... my low post count indicates that I am a forum noob.

What I was getting at is why go anywhere special when you can get 31's ANYWHERE.

I didn't link it on purpose, so I guess I don't need to learn how.

So do you criticise because you are insecure or because you're an asshole? I'm just curious.
