I usually order from either newegg or tiger direct, if they're having a good sale.
usually neweggg. buy.com if newegg doesn't have it. local PC Club if I need it today.
ZipZoomFly and NewEgg are where I get most of my stuff. I hate TigerDirect, but that goes back to like 11 or 12 years ago when you would order something from their catalog and have to wait 6 to 20,000 weeks because everything they sold was on backorder. What can I say, I hold a grudge.
ordered from both newegg.com and zipzoomfly.com
imo, newegg is better
Newegg.com or Fry's Electronics. Everywhere around me (local shops, Bestbuy, compusa, fry's, microcenter, ims computers, etc) always has sales...but none seem to match newegg at certain times lol.
also not many people know of this but www.bananapc.com has some sweet deals, and free shipping on almost all there products. i bought my camera (which was $350 at Wolf Camera Store) for $250 and free shipping from there! i mean how often do you get $100 off a digital camera? lol.
since i live in canada. ncix.com and vibecomputers.com for most parts, and for watercooling stuff criticool.com
I'm a big fan of NewEgg.
I recommend Newegg.com. I recently purchased parts for a new computer from them and they shipped the items off very quickly. It was actually too quickly for my needs at the time. They were having a big sale the day I ordered and I also needed to leave town for a five days. I picked their slowest shipping and made sure to not select the rush order option. The packages were still delivered just two days after I ordered the parts. It is a good thing FedEx holds onto your packages for two days after the third delivery attempt before sending the package back to the shipper or my stuff would have gone back to Newegg.
i hold the same grudge. the last time i ordered from tigerdirect it was 256 MB of RAM that cost $300, so that was quite a while ago. they sent me the wrong RAM and when i returned it they sent me replacement sticks, but hit my card for another $300 without authorization and overdrew my account.
i use newegg
i like zipzoomfly over newegg
never really had a bad experience with either one, just zzf's free 2 day on almost everything hooks me every time. Usually a few bucks cheaper than newegg. newegg does have a better selection and way better search tool though.
Sometimes MAYBE accupc.com (all i bought from there were speakers and the only reason i bought them were because they were cheaper at accupc than Newegg) other than that
newegg ALL The WAY!!
another vote for newegg
Local place called Honor Computer Systems for most stuff. They have awesome prices (generally comparable to NCIX, often cheaper if you factor in shipping) and they're really friendly and knowledgable, excellent customer service.
To be honest, computergeeks.com (I think they changed it to just geeks.com now) is really good. The prices are great, and I got my order in like 2 days....definitely an underrated site.
Oh, what the hell...NewEgg.
monarchcomputer.com if newegg isn't cheap enough
I wait until computer shows, or I have 2 local PC shops I can get anything from.
Newegg, mostly. Also, Outpost and TigerDirect.
used to do PC Buzz back in socal. Now I do newegg since local retailers suck in s.oregon.
pc club sucked when I was in socal.
