Where can a dude find these 2 items?

  1. looks for callipers to measure body fat and a pedometer to track the distance I run. Also I was wondering just how accurate Callipers are? for instance, can I take measurements every week and chart the differences?


    not looking online, but what kind of stores would sell those items in real life? thanks

    You can get Pedometers at Walmart.

    They have calipers for like $20 at GNC. That's not cheap to me... but it's less than $75.

    any caliper is going to be accurate, it's the person/consistancy who controls the accurate readings.
