where are you now, and where did you come from?

    i'm curious as to what some of your goals were, and what you started with. right now i'm 5'11 around 220-224 and guessing 25% body fat (not healthy i know). I guess my long term goal is to be under 200 with <15% body fat. I started around 215 lbs and 30+% body fat.

    right now im 5'6" 152... prolly 10-12%

    came from 125 lbs 10-12%

    want to be about 165 to stay in my weight class

    I'm at 180 now at about 15% and i came from 155 at about 15%

    *Edit* I used to play a lot of soccer and hockey so i had low bf. Once i quit playing i started gaining weight. I decided i didn't want to gain weight and started working out.

    I started at 200 lbs and never lifted a wight in my life. I started running. At my max cardio-crazy liftstyle, i had military fitness 3 days a week 10 mile run on the other 2 days and 20 min on the stair stepper. My only goal was "I work out to eat out."

    Then I met a friend who told me no matter how hard I tried i would Never be ahnold, "because I did not want to be bulky." I started lifting. My first Bench goal was 185. I hit 215 on the bench last night and want to hit something in the 300's now. I do zero cardio, but will start it up when I hit the 1,000 club and want to cut my BF down to "brad pitt in fight club." lolz.

    Cliffs: was a fatty, then a cardio nut, now wanting to be in the 1,000 club and look like brad pitt.

    any ideas of what 200ish @ 13% looks like around 5'11?

    I'm 5'10.

    October... Started @ 153, 11%bf maybe
    March?... Bulk until 195, I'd say 16 or 17%?
    Now I'm 176, somewhere around 10 or 11%.

    Long term goal would be : 200 pounds @ 11 or 12% and I'd like to bench 3 plates.

    Right now I'm 330 lbs.
    5' 3 1/2"
    I used to be 108 lbs., ripped abs.
    Waiting for gastric bypass in the fall.
    Will report my progress with pics on OT.

    Long term goal would be 150 lbs.

    started in january at 160 or so, 135/225/225 @11-13% bf

    now 220, 225/365/455 @ 18-20ish % bf
    first meet in a week and a half, real numbers then.

    By the time I'm 26 (5yrs), my goal is to either total elite or get my pro card for strongman
    Ideally, 260-275 at 12ish % bf

    high school graduation: 5'11.5" 145lbs and ripped as hell (soaking wet) 185/145/315...dead was on a trap bar....

    now: 5'11" 230+ and a bit chunky 606/335/535.....squat and bench was equipped and dead was sumo



    My goal is to total Elite in whatever weight class it takes and then have some fun tossing the caber.

    245 6'0 in highschool, fat as shit probably 27% bf or higher never did any weight training. Did crazy cardio and some lifting (just as a way of burning more calories, not to get stronger) got down to 167 skinny fat and lost any muscle i had... learned how to eat and not just fucking starve myself (though i stayed on a cutting diet i upped teh proteins), now at around 175-185 probably 14% bf ive never 1 rep maxed anything but ive hit 2-3reps on these weights

    EDIT: i guess my ultimate goal has been to hit 2 plates on bench for reps and be in teh 400's for S and D

    started out at 5' 8" 180 lbs at probably around a 25% bodyfat.
    cut to 130 lbs.
    bulked to 170 lbs.
    currently weigh about 160 lbs at 10% bf.

    couldn't bench the 45's when i started :o yesterday i did 225 for 8.

    got to 212 and 15% bf

    now at 190 and around 9% bf

    i came from 260ish at 6'0" and around 25% bf. now im 198 at 12-13%

    my goal is to to 10% then see where i can go from there

    I have a different type of story i guess

    I was playing ice hockey+any other sport you can imagine since a young age, but hockey being the focus.. made state rep squad etc, but when i hit 18 i felt a bit 'bored' of it, so took time off.. was sposed to be 1 season but i got addicted to partying and ruined myself... before the break iwas about 63kg, during the break i crashed down to like 55kg due to party drugs, then snapped out of it thankfully about 2.5 years later...

    i moved to canada to train for hockey, but that didnt turn out as we couldnt find work - however thankfully there was a gym nearby and i hit the weights as hard as i could with the knowledge that i had.. returned home in 2004 about 68kg, and researched everything i could so i could get back into shape and put on weight to compete at the highest level over here that i could.. havent looked back... am now 80kg with low bf%

    Starting lifting a year out of highschool at 5'10 or so and 130 ish 15-20% bf... 6 or so years later 6' - 6'1 205 10% ish bf
