Many here will suggest "bulking", but what are your goals?

I guess the traps could stand to be larger.

    it's brad pitt :eek3:

lower bicep. could just be posing though.

  3. my goals are to stay lean, so i can't bulk too much... but i can increase caloric intake. i am very involved with martial arts, and BMX, so i don't want to put on too much weigh through bulking. i want to be just stronger overall... i have recently started dead lifts, they are hard as hell for me right now, i feel like a punk.

i need to develop more power and explosiveness, i do a lot of plyometric work on the side as well

maybe a bit of chest/trap work. and if you bmw, get to crunking =P

  10. My workout consists of (7 day cycle)
    Day 1
    Chest + Arms + Plyometrics

    Day 2
    Back + Abs

    Day 3
    Legs + Plyometrics

    Day 4
All Plyometrics + Martial Arts stuff (no lifting)

    Day 5
    Chest + Arms + Plyometrics

    Day 6
    Back + Abs

    Day 7
    Legs + Plyometrics

Also should be noted that i run to the YMCA when i workout 1.2 miles each way as warm up and cool down. and i train martial arts 3 times a week, but i make sure that does not interfer with lifting and vise versa. i also ride bmx several times a week. that that is pretty much it.

My workout time in the gym usually lasts about 45 min.

Me either. I assume that he means that little gap between your bi and forearm. You'll have take that up with your parents (genetics) though.

    just gain weight

  21. goal is to try to continue to develop more powerful and explosive movement. i have been doing DL for several weeks, and that was a big start in the right direction for me. i have been seriouldy committed to lifting for about 2 years. my goals are not purely size like some... i want to be very fast, explosive, and powerful for my size.

i feel that i can hold my own at my weight, but i want to improve. thanks for the imput so far.

the preacher curls i will start to incorporate, also, i have been wanting to get some grippers. like you said, my forearms need work, and i can feel my grip slipping while training and lifting. especially on shrugs and pull ups when i am tired.... always the first thing to go.

Is there a certain reason you want to be fast? Do you play a sport?
