When you're bulking, is it still necessary to do cardio?

    Or do you save all that for when you're cutting?

    It seems common sense, but I've read around that a few of you have said you also need to run :hsughno: When I do cardio, I end up losing some weight which means I'm not eating enough; but, when I don't do cardio, I gain weight :o

    Anyways, help me out brolys :o

    I would never cut aerobic activities out of my rourtine entirely ... if you're not building muscle then a) reduce but don't terminate cardio workouts or b) eat more.

    Yes I feel better now that I am running a couple times a week. I still fuckin hate running though

    people who aren't doing much conditioning work dont really know how much harder they could be training

    Cardio will allow you to eat more, as well as keep you in decent shape, just don't overdo it.
