when you take a week off from the gym...

    how do you eat? at maintenance levels, or if you were previously bulking do you continue eating that way?

    and how do you feel when you go back to the gym? stronger, weaker?

    I just eat normally - no specific diet. my week off is just that, a week off. 9 out of 10 times I come back stronger

    werd, i do absolutely nothing on those weeks, just have fun, keep my mind off lifting

    I am enjoying the rest of my week off and like the others said I just eat what I want and do what I want. I am pumped to get back in the gym come monday though.

    I took 5 days off like a month ago, and it was crazy to see how my diet turned out. I was eating normal portion, and I always ordered way too much food. I was also painfully bored.
