So LED lights and windows with neon lights is just for show, like someone "ricing" out a car, while installing a cooling system is actually for helping to cool the system down when it is overclocked?

Thanks, I can now rest at night.

Liquid cooling is only NEEDED if your in-case/on-chip temps. are stratospheric. LED's are purely for bling factor, and I don't know many people that would benefit from them in their cases, as they, like me, have the tower under their desk out of view.
