When you have forced downtime, how do you still 'feel healthy?'

    I was traveling for work for about 7 days, with absolutely no time for daily exercise, or even sleep for that matter.

    because of the randomness, I came back home with a cold, and was out of the gym for an additional 3-4 days.

    I'm heading back in now, but I just don't feel as motivated as I did.... :hs: what do you guys do when you're sick/have to travel?

    This may be a stupid question, i know. I apologize in advance; it's the dayquil

    No, I feel the same way frequently.

    I herniated a disk in my back 6 weeks ago and I still can't squat or deadlift. My motivation to go into the gym is severely lacking because evertime I go into the gym I'm just doing chest/back stuff and it makes me feel like a bitch. Plus I didn't notice how much overall size deadlifting adds. I have definately shrunk a great deal.

    It's horrible dude, but i'm right there with you.

    I don't i feel like shit like i do right now with my three exams in 5 days and no time for the gym.

    i can always find time for pushups/situps and other exercises i can do in my hotel room
