    music loud, pushups, pullups to get me warm, if that doesnt work, then coffee or sugar free red bully. most of the time being tired is just mental and you being soft inside.

  24. I am never not "energized" for the gym. I go pretty much every day except for days I do not have the time...even those days I should cram it in but I don't for some reason or another.

    Take a pre workout drink with caffeine in it, that will get you energized real quick. Makes me get way hot/sweaty though....obviously.
