I find myself totally spent by the time I get to my second or third to last workout, have to really drop the weight and push to get those done. I'm not talking muscle exhaustion but energy depleted ... like I'd been doing cardio or something. This is especially true on leg day. What do you guys do when you are exhausted and still have more to do? Right now I drop the weight real low and go through the motions just to get it done, but not sure if that is pointless or not. Can't decide whether to cut back on # of exercises or to not go as hard for the first few workouts. FYI: I'm doing pur's routine over three days day 1: back/chest 2: arms,shoulders 3: legs. I drink a lot of caffiene and eat well before hitting the gym. I also don't wait a lot of time between sets (45 seconds or a minute usually, so maybe that is causing a prob?).
