When you are cutting, how long does it take you to see results?

    I'm only on day 3 so nothing "concrete" has occured. I still weigh the same but I seem to look less bloated.

    usually after a week or so you will look more cut, but that's just the water shedding. Give it a month and you should see some noticable progress

    I'm also still using creatine, so I guess I'd look even more cut if I stopped that.

    First noticeable results come after about a week or two when you finish losing water weight and you start losing actual fat. Then after maybe 1.5-2 months you should be noticeably leaner.

    so what water is it that he looses?

    I may be wrong, but if you eat healthier you consume less sodium..less water that stays in your system?

    eat less food more often and going 10x3 routine
