I only recently started the McCoy of Chest exercises (BB chest press) and I'm currently lifting 100lbs.

    I can do 3x8 or 5x5.

I feel like this is crap though.

What did you 1st start on?

I can do DB presses using 50lb DBs.. so I'm effectively doing the same with BB and DBs.

95lbs for reps > 235lbs for reps, 1 year, my weight 160-180lbs depending on when during the year.

    DB 35's > 100's

    Starting Time: Fall 2003
    Starting Weight: 178ish, ~30%
    Starting Bench: 85

Spring 2004 - Found OT F&N and stepped up training
Weight:180's consistant, lowering BF as I gain LBM.
Bench: Finally got 135 late in the spring, early summer maybe.

Somewhere in between Spring 2004 -> 2005 is when my body shape stopped being that of a fatty and that of a bodybuilder (however small you may think I am).

Spring 2005 - Had been training for about a year, with a few setbacks so not quite as good of results as some as well as being new to real bulking.
    Weight: Low 190's 15ish%
Bench - Hit 205 just before I tore my ACL.

That was 8 weeks ago, I've been working on getting back into good general physical shape the past week and will start the heavy lifting as soon as I can do something with my legs (which the doc says is soon).

    Hope that helps.

The very first time I ever touched a weight was on bench press and I did a 115 max and that was when I was 15 years old back in the early part of 1998.

Starting weight 215-220 in July 2003 at about 20% BF.

Right now 200lbs at about 8-9% BF

if i had measured myself around my starting date i'd tell you, but guesstimate says ~14.5" arms, and now 17"

The first time I ever lifted, I could do 155, and I weighed around 180 lbs of fat.

When I first started I had more trouble controlling the bar then the amount of weight on it. I had to go really light to get used to it and once I did things were good. I only really use db's now though.

during swim season this past winter i was barely rep'n 135. now i'm rep'n 165 with a "max" of 185. though i think i could get 200 if i took a few days rest and didn' squat/dl before it (bill starr routine).

Just started last week.. 95 5x4 (my home set only goes to 100 :mamoru: ) .. though, the school weight room is open all year round and is brand new :hsugh:

Though I'm 15. Strong in all other areas than my chest and triceps.. too important figures so I figured I better get working on this.
