What exercises do you find compliment deltoid work? For obvious reasons, I work chest and shoulders on different days, but I find that on my shoulder days, I leave the gym not feeling entirely exhausted, which leaves me with the sensation that I did not somehow work hard enough. I was wondering what other muscle groups OT'ers work on days which they focus upon the delts. - I work all 3 heads on the same shoulder day - the gym equipment is limited and lacking a barbell and cable - the only machine there is is a shoulder press which is breaking anyways (it's a community gym - as in free) and so most of my shoulder exercises utilise dumbbell raises and presses to target the posterior, lateral and anterior delts - but the range of exercises available to me are limited.
