I was wondering if I should work my legs on Monday or Friday. I only work on the weekends, in a pharmacy. I stand all day long. When I work them on Monday, I have all week to let them rest bc I have school so I'm sitting most of the time. I usually feel really sore. If I work them on a Thurs or Fri, I'm not as sore cuz i'm walkin around all day at work. So is walking a bunch after leg day good or bad bc I'm not letting them rest as much?
