when to weigh?

    If you are trying to keep track of your weight for a training log, when is the best or most accurate time to weigh yourself?

    Morning, after working out, night before bed?

    I do the same shit every day, eat pretty much the same shit and weigh myself in the same clothes when i get to the gym, once a week.

    ehh, it could make some difference unless you are eating the same thing each day that you weigh. Although it probably wont make all that much of a difference as long as you don't weigh once in the morning then next time at night after drinking a gallon of water.

    seconded, this is when I get the most accurate baseline, my weight fluctuates a lot during the course of a day
