When to take multi-vitamin? v. animal pak

    When is the best time to take a multi-vitamin, like animal pak? In the morning? 1 hour before workout? Right before workout? ...?

    i take 3 puritan pride green sources a day, 1 breakfast, 1 lunch, 1 dinner
    if i just took 1 i guess i'd take it at breakfast, easiest to remember for me

    I usually take it in the evening just cause that's when i remember.

    i like em, been taking em for years so i'm just used to spreading out my multi 3 times a day so i spread out all of my vitamins like calcium fish oil etc etc. Puritans pride is sort of shady with their "sales" and how they change their prices and shit for their 3 for 1 sales etc, but their products seem pretty good imo

    I usually take it with my first meal of the day.

    I used to take it in the morning just because it'd be easier to remember, but I started taking it with my last meal of the night because I figure I already get most of my vitamins with my meals during the day -- so why not throw it in and let my body absorb it while I sleep? But I have no idea if it's even beneficial at all this way.
