I've been going straight for almost 2 months now, I don't want to take a break until I get the results I want.

:dunno: i seem to get teh crazies if i go without for too long.. unless i am sick. i am headed to hawaii in 2 days and i plan to at least hit the weight room of the hotel 2 times...just a quick 20 minute session will ease me through.. once you get into a rythm lifting, I find it tough to stop for any reason other than illness...

I had a hard time staying away on my planned 1 week absence.

Mine usually coincide with vacations and such(spring break, summer trip, x-mas, etc.) So every 3-4 months.
