When to switch programs

    Any thoughts on that routine? I kinda wanna try it.

    It seems to be working. It's the first time I've ever used a program. All the other times, I just lifted what I felt like lifting.

    you be better off building a base first, then worrying about a bodypart split

    knowledge from the board has taught me "if it works, stay with it"

    worry when you are plateauing and really bored to switch up. also, it cant hurt to add a new exercise in
