From what I gathered is that I need to start splitting up my meals into small portions and change my diet. On that.. But need some help on when to eat and when not to..

My MON-FRI work hours are 9-5
GYM TIME/DAYs are MON, WED, and THU or FRI at around 8:30PM (avoid gym traffic)

When should I be eating, which hour frames would be good.

Make sure you get adequate protein in every meal, aswell. This levels off nitrogen balance to optimize maximum muscle gains.

Carbs with some protein before the gym. Tons of protein after, and I have generally heard tons of carbs as well. I pretty much eat all the time now, but I am bulking :dunno:

I think it's up to you, just space it out as you feel fit as long as it's not bunched up into huge, infrequent meals you'll be good.

What I think you might find to be stressfull is going to the gym at 8:30... I'm guessing that since you wake up for work around 7-8, you may not have an easy time getting to bed before midnight if you're spending an hour+ at the gym so late. It would cause problems for me and a lot of people I know who lift, but if not for you then you're lucky!
