Say you have a body part split, would you do good mornings on leg day or back day?
I do them on leg day
hit the biceps hard yo
i think its one of those questions that will plague mankind forever.. kinda like whether shrugs are back or shoulder day
when you wake up and see someone first thing in the morning
shrugs are shoulder
i do them with shoulders
I don't think it matters, you are going to hit your back on leg day if you squat anyway, and your legs on back day if you do deadlifts.
Goodmornigns can hit both depending on how you do them.
